Hackney-based artist Dave Buonaguidi creates work that provokes and stimulates a reaction. Working mostly with word-based prints, he unites his own photography, vintage maps and pop culture images with poignant reflections.

Working in advertising for over 30 years, Buonaguidi is an adept communicator, and has seen his work become part of the permanent collection at the V&A.

Notable works by the artist include Buonaguidi’s London map series. In response to the divided London loyalties when it comes to the land on either side of the meandering river Thames, he has created a series of unique screenprints that best articulate Londoners’ allegiances.

Each map has been individually sourced by the artist and is a genuine piece of cartographic history! No map is the same, and offers the owner an opportunity to own a one-off work by the artist.
