nelly news may 2009
Just when you thought it was safe...
....and we are all still catching our breath after the Shutter Font release, along comes the
Toaster and 15 of their internationally renowned artists friends.
The 'Trespassers of the World Unite' show opens on Thursday 28th May between 6-9pm.
The exhibition will run for 2 weeks and will feature collaboration artworks from Dicy, Paris, Butch, Late, Bomb, Ekoe, Zime, Crackrock, Influenza, space3, Mr Jago, Will Barrass, Erosie, Phet15 and Rabodiga.
These exciting collaborations all result from relationships built over the past 15 years and depict the extreme and unusual journey the artists have been on. The venue for this extravaganza is
9 Kingsland Road, London E2. We hope to see you there ; )
A big thanks to all who came to the
EINE show, you can check out some pictures on the blog
here. There are a very few
black prints still available which can be viewed in the gallery.
Nelly likes to stay out of politics, but even she gets up on the old soapbox every now and again - please sign the petition to help
free Aung San Suu Kyi. We were lucky enough to work on a project involving her a few years back, it is an understatement to say she is an amazing woman who doesn't deserve to be oppressed by the ruthless military in Burma.
Keep it nice.
Peace
