All products sold at NellyDuff.com and at our East London gallery are verified by us as genuine articles.

Nelly Duff is confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. 

 

Refunds Policy

 

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your artwork(s), you are entitled to cancel your purchase and receive either a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Shipped artworks can be returned to us via post and will be refunded minus the shipping and packaging cost.

All refunds will be processed in GBP. We cannot be held accountable to changes in exchange rates.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

Returning your Artwork

 

To qualify for a refund, artwork(s) must be returned to us in mint condition, within the original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Should artworks (s) return damaged or lost in transit, Nelly Duff cannot issue a refund.

 

Repackaging your Artwork (Framed)

 

Ensure your frame is firmly secured with the Nelly Duff foam corners, foam edges and the cardboard cover.


Repackaging your Artwork (Unframed)


Ensure your print is delicately wrapped in tissue and rolled in the Nelly Duff tube.

 

Cancelling or Exchanging your Order

 

Artworks should be returned to the gallery at the following address:

Changes in Orders

 

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before we accept your order.

We make every effort to ensure that all information on the website is accurate. However, errors can occur.

If we discover an error in the description or price of a product, we will notify you and ask if you wish to continue or cancel your order.

 

 Incorrect and Faulty Orders

 

Please contact hello@nellyduff.com as soon as you have registered a fault or issue with your artwork with photos of the fault and any other relevant information.

All orders (artworks and frames included) found to be damaged or faulty upon receipt to the recipient will be refunded in full with the confirmation of the gallery upon the above.

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to varying monitor settings or the type of device.
