Standing proud at a metre by a metre, this landmark edition is a testament to Aida’s skill as a printmaker and artist. Usually impossible to create without industrial sized equipment, an artwork this size is simply too big for a conventional screen printing bed, let alone for one person to carry out alone!

However, as usual, seemingly impenetrable limitations are no match for the sheer will (and skill) of Aida Wilde.

Taking over ten layers to build, this mouthwateringly luscious edition is a tale of two halves. First the base colour of the peach is hand blended and pulled on one side, and then the other to cover the large paper, before more colour layers go on – and then the glitter!

Again, hand blended and rigorously tested to create that perfect peach shimmer, golds, pinks, silvers and many more come together to give a little glamour to the peachy centrepiece. Oh, and not forgetting its golden surroundings! Blended by Aida, adhesive is applied via silkscreen and the golden glitter is hand applied in her trademark fashion to prevent shedding or cracking (a technique she wisely keeps under lock and key).
