Ceramic artist Alice Mara has been shaping the art world for over 30 years. Known for her innovative designs and masterful craftsmanship, she’s won awards like the Ella Doran Award and the Royal Academy of Scottish Art Award.
Her work has been shown at The Royal Academy, Christie’s, Fortnum & Mason, the New York Print Fair, and galleries across Paris and Italy, with commissions for museums and clients worldwide.
Born in Walthamstow and inspired by her father, printmaker Tim Mara, Alice brings a love of the quirky, colourful, and unexpected to every piece. Her bespoke ceramic houses capture the warmth of home and precious memories, blending architecture, culture, and memory.
