Nelly Duff ships unframed artworks worldwide. Orders can be placed online, by telephone or in person at our East London gallery. See below for our shipping rates for unframed artwork for the UK, Europe and the rest of the world

Collecting your packed artwork from our London gallery is free of charge, on purchase we will drop you an email when your artwork has been packed and is ready to collect.£10£10£15£45£55£60

Occasionally our customers forget to add shipping to their order, please contact the gallery if this is the case. Please also note that Nelly Duff are not responsible for any import fees incurred in transit.

HOW LONG WILL MY UNFRAMED ARTWORK DELIVERY TAKE?

STANDARD UK

Dispatched within 5 – 7 days.

All UK parcels are shipped via the Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for service. Upon dispatch you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. This service will provide up to £50 compensation for loss or damage.

NEXT DAY UK

Sat to Tuesday – Standard shipping only (No next day service available). Wednesday / Thursday / Friday – Standard Shipping & Next Day Available.

Please allow until 6pm to receive your order for Next Day deliveries. Upon dispatch you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. This service will provide up to £500 compensation for loss or damage.

LOOKING FOR SAME DAY LONDON?

Prices range from approx £25-65 for central London and upwards of that for further afield addresses for same day dispatch of framed and unframed artworks via specialist courier.

Please note artworks can only be dispatched during our opening hours.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are sent with DHL Express, and upon dispatch you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. If your order has not arrived after 20 working days then please contact the gallery.

EUROPE

Up to 7 Business days estimate (times may vary).

USA

Up to 10 Business days estimate (times may vary).

ROW

Up to 14 Business days estimate (times may vary).

London Gallery Collection –
What happens if I don’t collect my order?

Uncollected artworks are held for a maximum of 6 months. We will make repeated attempts to get in contact with you to arrange collection or delivery. If there is still no reply after 6 months the artwork will be returned to our stock.

 

Oversize or fragile shipping

On purchasing an oversize or fragile artwork you will be made aware of the individual packaging and shipping rates. For certain artworks, and certain destinations in the world we provide custom quotes for shipping, if this is the case please contact the gallery. Alternatively if you would like to organise your own shipping please let us know.

FRAMED DELIVERY

USING OUR ONLINE E-FRAME SERVICE?

It will take approximately 5-10 working days to build your frame and once complete you will be notified on dispatch.

Currently we are only able to offer delivery on online custom framed works within the UK. some of our XXL pieces require specialist delivery, this will be shown at checkout.

Prices are charged per frame, and final costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note, if you are not in when APC deliver your frame, they will re-attempt delivery the following day.

Please ensure you unbox and check your frame as soon as you have received it, and if any damage has occurred please ensure it is reported to Nelly Duff within the first 24 hours of receipt.

Shipping Terms

Nelly Duff is not responsible for international duties or taxes.

All international duties and taxes in relation to your order are the responsibility of the buyer.

Nelly Duff is not responsible for parcels damaged during shipping. Compensation for loss or damage is the responsibility, and at the discretion of the shipping provider, which Nelly Duff will oversee and pursue on behalf of the customer.

The amount and means of compensation is determined according to the shipping provider’s terms and conditions, and the nature of an individual claim.

In the case that we are unable to deliver our packages to your given address (due to a lack of access to the site or an incorrect address), and the parcels are returned to us, additional payment will be required for a second shipping.

Occasionally there might be a delay in shipping your artwork; we are a small team, and some of our artworks are in storage. If this is the case you will be contacted by the gallery.

Nelly Duff observes Royal Mail’s operational hours, therefore we do not ship artworks on UK bank holidays and weekends. Parcels are sent out on the next working day.
