What if something happens to my framed artwork or my frame is faulty?

When your artwork is framed by the Nelly Duff workshop, it is covered by our 12 month guarantee.

Any problem with your framing will be corrected free of charge as long as:

the piece is returned to the gallery within 12 months of original framing.
the fault is discussed with a member of the Nelly Duff team and found NOT to be the result of atmospheric factors- such as wall damp, incorrect positioning above a heat source or upon a chimney breast etc.
Due to the ‘archival’ nature of our framing service, more delicate papers can be subject to some natural ‘movement’ within the frame. This may settle without need for further intervention, or the piece may need to be returned to our workshop for assessment. If you are at all unsure, please send a photograph to hello@nelly.dev and a member of the Nelly Duff team will advise the best course of action.
