While the lifespan of the humble bee may be short-lived, our fascination and collaborative relationship with the wonderful Jessica Albarn is certainly not. Having released over seven different editions over the years with Jessica, from geometric owls to gilded butterflies, it only seems right that we have returned to the subject that seems to define Jessica’s work best, the delicate and charming Bee.

The new edition of ‘Bee Gees’ features a subtle visual playfulness between the intricate, and carefully rendered bees themselves, with the complex and textural graphic honeycomb they hover in front of. Not only this, but the ‘Bee Gees’ are available in five different limited editions, with variances from clear foiling and textured paper to ‘wild honey’ gilding. Furthermore, several hand-finished editions will be available soon, giving an even better example of her precise and accomplished draughtsmanship. Elegant and compact, they make an exciting and beautiful edition to any home.
