Meet RUN

A master of the unexpected, RUN’s playful and distinctive folk-style draws inspiration from his Italian roots and love of old masters, referenced in his vivacious frieze-like pieces.

A dedicated artist for over twenty years, his passion lies in creating arresting, vast scale outdoor pieces that have since earned him international acclaim. From China to Morocco, no wall is safe from his infectious energy for painting and creating connections with people.

Now based in Clapton, East London, if you see him out painting, be sure to stop and say hello – he’ll be disappointed if you don’t!

We’ve missed you, now let’s put on a show!

A dreamy dive into the creative mind, RUN’s unprecedented sharing of sketches allows you to take home an invaluable part of the artist’s process. Expect colourful creations alongside reproductions of some of RUN’s most dazzling outdoor pieces, and lots of (in person!) fun.

For our debut show of 2021, we wanted to give you a behind the scenes look at over ten of RUN’s most celebrated murals from all over the world. You’ll have access to never before seen original works, as well as sketches and supporting materials from the murals themselves.

“This installation lasted for 3 months, until the Gnaoua Music Festival took place on top of the painting and it was danced and stomped away."

in the studio with run

We headed to RUN’s East London studio to get a look at how one of the UK’s leading street artists creates his stunning original paintings, and found a heavenly mix of new pieces, memorabilia from his international murals and an insight into his unique process.

Exactly how you might hope a studio to be, every surface is piled high with works in progress, open paint pots and the occasional espresso cup (he is Italian after all). What better way to exhibit RUN’s working process than bringing the studio to you? Minus the espresso cups of course. Expect the unexpected, alongside beautifully rendered original paintings that stand alone as a living piece of street art history.
