It can be a little daunting buying artwork online without knowing how we are going to ensure it will reach you safely and in perfect condition. Fret not, because packaging and sending artworks all over the world safely and beautifully is one of the things we do best and take most pride in (not to blow our own trumpet of course)

When your order is received at Nelly Duff, the first thing our highly trained staff do, aside from doing a little happy dance, is leap into action and locate your print ready for packing and sending. Your artwork, depending on its size and paper quality will then either be carefully rolled into a purpose built, heavy duty 4mm thick Nelly Duff tube, or packed flat. We use custom printed acid-free tissue paper to ensure that your wrapped artwork doesn’t only look beautiful, but that it is as protected as possible. We only roll artworks that we know are safe to roll up, otherwise if the paper is too thick, your print contains metallic foiling or it is too small, we will pack it flat for you. Don’t worry, rolling your artwork will not affect its ability to be framed effectively, your framer will be able to flatten it for you!
Every package will contain your artwork, an invoice receipt and a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity. If your artwork is a present for someone, just drop us a line on purchasing and we will make sure to not include the invoice (your secret is safe with us) If you want you can even ask us to include a message from you to your giftee. Easy peasy. Once your artwork has been carefully packaged, we will send you a confirmation email on dispatch containing all the info you need about your artwork, including tracking information so you can keep an eye on your beloved purchase. We ship primarily with Royal Mail, but if your artwork is larger than average it will go with a specialist courier and you will receive text and email alerts during its delivery. You can select Recorded delivery, Next Day by 1pm, International, or London Gallery Collection (free) at checkout – the choice is yours! And should by any chance your artwork arrives to you in less than mint condition, we have a two week return policy, so just pop it back in the post to us and will send you out a replacement or refund you.
Now, let’s talk about frames. While you can’t order framed artwork online, its easy to add a frame to your order. Because we frame every artwork bespoke to each customer’s specification, your options for frames are limitless! If you would like to purchase a framed artwork and have it delivered, just give us a call and one of our lovely team members will happily provide you with a full framing consultation for your artwork over the phone, as well as being able to quote delivery charges and timings.
